Speed.
Everything else in my experience.
I used to be with Aol for many years, not a great product but reliable!
Now O2 Broadband, well where do you start, there o2 box What a piece of junk.
Never the same any 2 days running drops the line hangs or even just turns itself off! And thats on a good day, their help line is not very good its well know that there router has a problem and you just get unhelpful information, so far at my expense I have had a ADSL faceplate fitted the ext sockets taken out of the system and still it drops out
I would not advice anyone to get this product!
