None so far.
Bad Points
Too numerous to relate here. Here are 2 examples - 0871 phone calls are rarely answered within a 20 min waiting period at any time of the day. The rate agreed with them was '£14.99 per month 'broadband' only - they have taken over '£44 from my account last month, which should have been '£4.99 as they verbally promised to take '£10 off my bill for inconvenience caused to me.
General Comments
If one ever gets through to tiscali, when you get through to customer service, it's generally either difficult to understand or the line is very bad. They even managed to spell my email address wrongly and said they would correct it, which they never did. Later on another person said it could not be changed and the only solution was to give me 2 email addresses and that I would still only pay for one. It would appear I'm paying for three! From mid-Dec to early Feb I rarely got through to the internet.
