I am yet to claim my first cashback as i just received my bill for the last month. By the looks of it, I might have to say goodbye. i have read the reviews, tried to contact them and whats worse... is that their website is not there anymore!!! Are you kidding me????

I have a contract with orange, can anyone tell me if there is anyway that i can negotiate with them a cheaper plan in lieu of the current one?
