Good Points
Seemed like a reasonable price, but didn't deliver product.

Bad Points
I received an e-mail from them saying they could not unlock my phone, a motorola, and I would receive a refund. That was back in August of 2007. I have never received a refund and it is now February of 2008.

General Comments
I have e-mailed them several times in an attempt to receive the refund they promised since they could not unlock my phone. I sent the e-mails with a sent receipt so I know they received them, however no response and no refund. It has now been six months since the original purchase. Also, in checking out their website today I noticed they say they unlocked my phone. I would not recommend using Unique Phones.
