Unhelpful customer service. Promised they would cancel my order and refund my CC, but I received the items anyway and my card was charged.
General Comments
Internet Hobbies had made a mistake on a price on their online store, and they weren't very helpful when I called to check on the order. I actually talked to the owner who agreed to cancel my order due to their mistake. However, the order was not cancelled and I was charged anyway. Their prices are not as low as they claim. I would recommend Standard Hobby Supply. I have always had good experiences with them, and they have really good prices.
