None really for me.
Slow to act, difficult to contact, far too long answering queries, incorrect information, insular attitude, connection speed average, my concerns never really resolved. As far as I am concerned this provider flatly refuses to email answers re phone packages instead insisting that I phone and when I do I feel I am consistently given wrong info.
Remote, insular, stubborn, unnecessarily giving me some credit for poor service .All I ever wanted was reasonable service which I do not think Orange will ever be capable of with their present setup and their intransigence.
