General Comments
I booked 2 overseas flights with Expedia. Everything was supposedly booked until I received an email notification that I needed to contact Expedia immediately to re-book a flight the airline had cancelled. Not a problem, happens all the time. I spent a week trying to get a hold of a representative spending at least 4 hours on the phone trying to get in touch with someone at Expedia on each day. I tried calling at different hours and it was the same problem. I finally called the airline and explained to the agent my problem. Luckily, I got an agent who was willing to re-book the flights for me. I was not able to reach a customer service representative at Expedia at all during this ordeal. I will never use Expedia ever again to book any of my flights. I will use it as a research tool but that's it.
Be forewarned. When you book with Expedia you are booking at your own risk. Everything is great if there are no problems but if you need to make even a small change - good luck.
