When I made the initial booking operator was very friendly, everything I requested he was able to do. Bad points, where do I start. They have taken all of the money for my holiday and have now decided to change this to a different airport and a different flight time. When I called them to complain they basically said 'tough' accept it or cancel. I explained that I would have loads of extra costs such as parking and hotels and they didn't want to know. I have asked for a manager to call me back and was told there isn't one available.
Absolutely appalling customer service. I don't know how they stay in business.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
