General Comments
After two orders from Novatech Direct Ltd(for which I paid next day delivery on both) both showed up 6 and 7 days late respectively due to Amtrak's fault, I emailed there MD, as well as there head of customer care, regarding a refund for the shipping I recieved no reply. Although Amtrak was at fault on these occasions, the contract is between me and Novatech Direct Ltd. so they must deal with the issue. 10 days after my emails I have not recieved any reply. I have reported them to Trading Standards and PCA UK. Hopefuly this issue will be resolved. Very surprising that the MD did not reply, especially after having placed over 1000ukp worth of orders with them the past month alone. I do not expect to get preferential treatment having spent so much money with them but you have to wonder what goes through an MD's brain when they choose to ignore complaints like this, and especially so from customers who spend approximately 10,000ukp per annum with them! I have now stopped placing orders with them and have started using another store which although is more expensive and also uses Amtrak, I know when and where I can talk to the MD in person if the occasion arises.
