Good product range and information
Refund processing through Paypal takes more than a month.
After cancelling an order under the Distance Selling Directive, I tried to get a refund (DSD states this must be done within 30 days). Although dabs.com say they actioned the refund within a week of the return, the money is still not showing in Paypal. It could take 28 days, I'm told, which would be over 30 days since I cancelled the order. I'm planning a complaint against both dabs.com and Paypal. Never had such atrocious service.
