Bad Points
Bad customer service, can't find a supervisor, no one will answer questions, fail to follow up with customers, no concern about customer satisfaction. Over charging for service, trying to trick people into new service contracts by telling them they have a bad phone, lying about the current contract. Web site is difficult to navigate.
General Comments
Out of each and every cell phone service provider, avoid Alltel Local & Nationwide Service AT ALL COSTS. They have the worst record for service I have ever seen. I haven't used my service for the last 3 months because they do not ever respond to questions. I finally ran out the contract and vow to never renew with them, even if they were the last provider left in the US, and to tell anyone and everyone I can just how bad they are.
