Good Points

Seemed like an average price. Since then, I have found much cheaper ones


Bad Points

Was told by customer services that I would be able to make a claim. However, the claims department told me I couldn't.


General Comments

Not a great deal of money involved, but an annoying lack of comprehension. We were traveling with a ferry company departing from Dover at 8a.m. After 3/4 hour the ferry stopped at sea. The captain announced that their had been an engine failure. We bobbed about for several hours before being told we would have to return to Dover! At 3PM we were back in Dover with no ferry until the following day. We stayed at a b&b until the following day. When I tried to make a claim I was told that if the boat had not left the port I could have claimed, but as it left and then returned I could not!! How logical is that?
