The magazine has changed management and the DIY projects are very complicated and not as good for beginner or even amateur miniaturists

General Comments
Up until Jan 08, the magazine had great tips and projects. After Ashdown bought them out, they have gone downhill. The magazine is now bi-monthly and has diy projects that are for the experienced only. Also, if you subscribe, be prepared to keep it the whole subscription time. They will not let you cancel in the middle because they consider themselves to be a "collector's item". I'm not sure what that has to do with cancelling your subscription, but that is their excuse.
