Good Points

They were prompt is getting paper work to me which was great.


General Comments

At least they are transparent about some of their keyfacts. They just don't tell you it would be a nightmare to get a top-up loan. They refused to approve the loan unless I took out a PPI..... bad bad!!!! I have since cancelled this after 2 years and asking claiming back on this missold policy!

    I had loan agreed till I refused the PPI which had at no time been discussed in meeting with advisor, was then advised that they were no longer in a position to offer finance.
