Absolutely none


Bad Points

It is impossible to contact anyone and if by chance you actually do nothing is ever solved. They have made false comments on several occasions. Once while paying my bill by phone I was told the charge of 12.95 would be waived if I paid my payment in full. So I did. The 12.95 was still taken out and over drew my checking accountant. When I called to discuss this they YELLED AT ME! They told me I was not told that! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD SERVICE!


General Comments

Continental Finance raised the monthly payments. You never have your account updated accurately. Maybe 10 days before you get your next bill you will finally be credited your payment. It is a pain. They won't allow me to cancel my card until it is paid in full but it is never paid in full because they never credit my account until I have another monthly fee!
