Good Points

Quick to send the initial letters to get you to sign up and paying

Bad Points

Joined on the £5 a month scheme, they charged £20 then £5 then £20, they said there was £10 set up fee which was never mentioned

General Comments

The system failed to work with keegans first game at Newcastle, spent 2 hours trying to reach the customer services tel line, no answer but if you rang the line to subscribe it was answered immediately, they in turn would not put you through to get help. In total spent about 4 hours in 3 days trying to get through to the customer service. Sent a letter to the head of customer services and got no reply or acknowledgement, but did get final demands for £9.99 they said I owed when I cancelled. I now have a £29.99 CAM which I cannot use.
