Speeds poor most of the time and dial up speed at peak times;
Customer services in my experience cant help, phone back or show any information to resolve problems;
Expensive for me;
Key parts of website down.
I've recently left virgin media for another provider: they're cheaper, quicker and more helpful. Unfortunately, virgin have botched up the switch and are now hassling me for arrears on an account they claim is still active. Advice anybody?
