A good collection of templates which are easy to use and look pretty good. As far as I know my site has been down only once in 5 years (I check it everyday)
The main site is a little complex in its layout, and there,s an assumption of knowledge about some technical terms, which is off putting if you're new to website hosting.
Customer service used to be good but has now become very slow (emailed replies can take days to arrive!)
I've had a 1and1 hosted website for more than 5 years, but I still don't fully understand all that 1and1 appear to offer!
(A '1and1' for dummies would help :) )
I've been happy (so far) with my site as i built it using a template, but now I'd like to add more services to it (e.g. MP3 downloads) I've come unstuck. I've no idea IF I can and if I can how do I do it? Comes back to my 'bad point' about assumed knowledge...
