They took my money for a camera in November but six weeks later when i phoned after 2 hours on the line waiting for someone to answer they said they would refund my money then promised the same the next month. Still waiting for refund. I would not order from smartshop. 3months later no camera no refund. They haven't answered phone calls or emails.
