I am fairly certain they are a QUALITY product that actually digests properly and provides the nutrients claimed on the package.
Bad Points
A bit pricey especially if bought in Central America.
General Comments
Since I started taking Centrum on a daily basis I feel much more energetic. I also no longer feel the urge to snooze out 20 minutes after lunch anymore. I personally have not had any stomach upsets even taking them on an empty stomach. I highly recommend them for people on the go.
