Convenient high-street presence. Not too expensive. Reasonable choice of traditional & "trendy" products. Fairly clean.
Shops poorly laid out with poor queuing system & understaffed counters. Food lukewarm at best but usually cold. Poorly trained/skilled staff.
On the whole, Gregg's is a bit gimmicky with the products/service not equal to the promise of the adverts. You're much better off (financially & health wise) spending the 10 minutes it would take you queuing in Greggs making yourself some pack-up!
