The paid staff are generally very polite and friendly and the horse appear to be well looked after
Staff need some help with her general manners. She is moody and does not make you feel welcome even if you have been having lessons, like I have, for the last 6 months.
I would still recommend for lessons although you would probably need a thick skin when dealing with the boss, I dont think that this is personal as I believe she is like this with most people. Athough I do not personally approve of her manner. She needs to remember that the customer is providing her with an income but I know that her parents are extremely well off and so we are probably just an inconvenience to her!!!!!!!!!!
