I also hadn't received my cashback and it had been a year! However, I just emailed them now in Feb 08 to say that I was giving them notice of intended court proceedings against them if I don't receive the money in my account within 14 days.

They tried calling and offering Argos vouchers, but I told them that my email still stands.

Within 2 days I got an email to say they will put the money in my account within 3-5 days. 3 days later, they had put '£700 in my account! (8 cashbacks of 87.50 each).

I did the same with my dads account and he got his money too.

So do it NOW!
