Overall, although being concerned about using Southall I had no major problems with them. I was very worried about using Southall Travel and only checked the review pages AFTER booking. The only problem was that they only took part of my full amount of my card and then told me I had to pay the remainder into a Barclays account in CASH. I was very worried about this but needn't have worried as the e-tickets were issued shortly after I deposited the money into the account and in hindsight I feel that it may have been due to the fact that there was a limit on my credit card account. I had some communication problems dealing with the call operators.
