A good range with regular sales that are worth hanging on for. We also found the sales guy extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
If you are elderly, infirm or a lone female, the Bathstore isn't for you. On ordering, they ran through a specific check list of terms and conditions - the most startling was that there must be someone in the house at the time of delivery who can help the delivery man carry everything in!!! (What?!)
So if you've nobody available to help and are unable to do it yourself, the Bathstore doesn't want your business. It's the most bizarre set up I've ever come across.
Our experience has been good (so far - it hasn't been delivered yet!!) but I'm really unhappy with their delivery policy and find it discriminatory. I have no idea if a 2-man delivery option is available, but if it is, it will be chargeable which is again discriminatory against those who are unable to assist in the unloading of heavy bathroom furniture.
