Lost my phone, reported it within 48 hour time-scale, spoke to representative, I was informed that a decision would be made and that I would be informed in due course. I never received any phone call, when I phoned Phonesafe, they said that they never instigated a new claim. My claim then came outside 48 hour period, therefore claim denied. I have since sent them proof from my land line company that I did ring them and have sent a letter to the Appeals Department...still waiting.
