Good Points

The good points in this car are actually quite hard to explain to someone who has never owned or even driven one, but here goes, this car has buttons on the dash which is extremely impressive as I haven't seen that in any other car yet. Also the way people look at you helps build up self esteem, it shows people "the driver behind the wheel of that car knows exactly where he is going in life". It gives you confidence, I'm only 29 and even though I paid a huge sum for insurance, I think it was well worth it.

Bad Points

The only bad thing about it is that the fuel economy is extremely poor, but I feel I just have to mention it for the sake of it, in an ideal world you might want to be able to get and Aston Martin DB9 that has the speed of the db9, fuel economy of the Astra 2.0 diesel and the price tag of a Micra, but in the real world you cant have everything. But that aside I would just like to say that I am not complaining about it as I expected it from a 6.0 v12 but it is a bad point for some.

General Comments

Buying an Aston Martin DB9 was the best experience of my life, I currently work as a chartered accountant who owns 3 practices in total each with extremely high net profits which should be able to tell you that I have worked hard, my wife suggested that I should treat my self to something nice but she didn't mention what. So I was browsing the net once at work and went to auto trader and looked at different cars, the db9 was my favourite, looks pretty and is extremely powerful. It took me a while to decide, I even watched Jeremy Clarksons review on it, and finally started ringing around dealers, in the end I bought a used one for £79,995 , which was a convertible, which is even better. When I drove back to my home which was 45 miles away from where I bought it, everyone was staring at me, I even put the hood down and it was cloudy, I didn't care, I felt untouchable in that wonderful work of art. The experience was ultimate, I drove to a petrol pump and realised what I had bought, I fuelled up £55 when I got home I think I may have had £15 left, but that is what you expect from something as powerful as this. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IS BUY THIS CAR IF YOU AREN'T TIGHT, AND CAN AFFORD IT, ITS AWESOME!
