Good Points

They advertise some of the better mortgage rates.


Bad Points

Unable to provide consistent answers
Fail to deliver on on actions that they say they will do
Extremely slow turn around
Unable / unwilling to confirm conversations in writing


General Comments

They are unable to provide consistent answers when it comes to the details. For example, this includes confirming identity checks (in writing) one week and then requesting passports to confirm identities a week later! Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I am still waiting for a response to my mortgage application (been over 3 months now) and have gone elsewhere.
