General Comments
I just got BT broadband 4 days ago and the BT Voyager 100 modem was included. I found it easy to install and it ran well untill I got a phone call. No sooner had I put the phone down I was disconnected and I was told the port had been disconected by the user. This happens every time I get a phone call. I have been in contact with Bt who are not sure what the problem is, some say it is my conection or the filters.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I AM ALSO USING A PACKARD BELL iGO NOTEBOOK WITH A BT VOYAGER 100 ADSL MODEM. I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE MODEM. EACH TIME I WANT TO GO ONLINE I HAVE TO UNPLUG THE MODEM AND RECONNECT IT AGAIN.
