Management/Certain Staff rude.

General Comments

Customer service was awful. They tried to charge us for a missing spare wheel that was never there in the first place when they gave us our car. Additionally, they started off speaking English and then changed to speaking Gaelic on the phone when they were discussing the missing wheel. We were never even given the opportunity to look over the vehicle when they gave us the car and we never signed anything to accept the car as is. As far as we were concerned, all was right with the car. But then surprisingly enough, they accused us of losing the spare wheel and charging us for it. The staff was rude when we tried to explain what happened and I would never ever rent from them again.
