Where do I start?


General Comments

Been trying to order new car for weeks. So far dealt with 4 different sales people. The first phoned me constantly for 4 weeks. When I tried to place an order they can't seem to manage it. Have called them around 7 or 8 times. Yesterday was the last straw - the salesman promised he'd have my quote emailed to me today. Guess what...? Oh and by the way I'm a long standing Lloyds TSB private and business customer.
