Abstaining from conventional food makes this diet easier that most. The support of the group therapy is great. The encouragement from the group and the group leader is excellent. I like all the products.
It is a little expensive. I pay '£66/week. A round '£50 would be nice. The water flavourings are '£9 each. I think they are over priced despite making the extreme water intake easier. Should be about '£4 - '£5 a pot
My wife has just lost 4st 4lb taking her from size 16/18 to size 10, avoiding a knee replacement operation. She's now in management. I am 4 weeks in, and I've lost 2st. I feel great.
