Good prices and a wide variety of equipment and manufacturers
Will give "package discounts" if requested
Money taken before stock available/dispatch of goods
Over 3 months delay in delivery of a microwave oven (still not received). No stock information on site. No realistic delay time expected either on web or by sales staff on phone call about the order. No mention of possible delay even at purchase time. Customer service team do not respond quickly, if at all.
Buy from them if you want a lot of hassle and don't need the goods quickly.
