Promised connection mid. Dec 2006. Finally delivered May 2007. Promised free phone calls by a date. Eventually delivered week later. As far as I am concerned they could not bill me properly.
I had enough of Virgin Media last year and left. As far as I am aware they have now issued a writ for an outstanding balance which they do not detail. When asked they have not yet replied. I would not touch this lot with a elongated barge pole. I will defend any action and it should be fun! Do not recommend Virgin Broadband.
