Bad Points

Shirt ordered by a friend for my son for Christmas was the wrong size. I phoned and they said to send it back and they would send me another. I sent it back and since then I have not hard a thing. No response to letters or emails. I would not recommend this company. Try PWP instead. Now they do know what customer service is all about (and for the avoidance of doubt I am not employed by r connected to PWP in any way).

Poor customer service.

    THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE FOR ME TOO.
    THE SALESPEOPLE ARE THE RUDEST.
    I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS!!!!
