Not well organised in my experience.


General Comments

I bought a policy covering me and my partner for business use but when the documents arrived the business use only covered the main driver. In addition the policy made no mention of cover when towing trailers. When I tried to cancel because they hadn't supplied what I asked for they said I had to pay a £35 cancellation charge. The last time I deal with the Post office for insurance!
