Uou can talk to customer service.
Customer service doesn't care about my problem in my opinion, Line quality is terrible. Time delay in speaking.
Despite their reasonable rates you may be frustrated like I have with Nobelcom, this applies to both domestic long distance and also from mexico. Seems like bad voip, dont recommend this phone Card company.
