Good Points

The website's nice I suppose but then it would be - its selling you stuff.

Customer service, returns policy.


General Comments

Before you shop at Aria I would advise you read their returns policy very carefully - there's a wapping 25% charge on any refund they don't consider to be due to faulty goods. I would also advise a visit to the technical/returns desk which is hidden away from the shop floor. Apart from the long wait, you get will get to witness first hand how 'helpful' Aria staff are when it comes to changing any item.

Of the 3 transactions I witnessed here, all 3 resulted in unhappy customers. Eg 1 Graphics card didn't work for customer but does for Aria = had to pay for an upgrade. Eg 2 The broken cable 'must' have been damaged by the customer = no refund. Eg 3 external HDD doesn't power up on a USB extension cable and isn't the size stated on the box = no refund. Perhaps I was just unlucky on the day I went to check this place out.

Out on the shop floor there's quite a long queue too!

As ever check the prices on the website very carefully (VAT is extra) and of course note the complete absence of any negative customer reviews, unlike Amazon.
