2 hours queing to collect pre-paid car
Dirty and scratched and dented
Directed to a "collection" bay - no instruction on car, or review of condition on collection.
75 euros for "extra" insurance and fuel (non-refundable even if only used quarter of a tank
Staff unhelpful and rude in emergency situation
I would never recommend or use this company again.
Unfortunate to have handbag containing car hire key stolen = told I could not go to local office to collect spare key as it was at collection point i.e. the airport 30 mins away. Told to get local transport to get spare key. Staff rude and told "not to loose this one" when handed spare key for 80 euros.
A nightmare experience in car hire and a steep learning curve in financial terms.
