It's really very good at picking up pet hairs from the carpets and furniture.

You do have to read the manual!
General Comments
This is a good machine, very good at doing 'what it says on the tin', i.e., cleaning up after pets have been aound. It may be a little too fussy for some people who can't be bothered to keep the filters clean, but do that as recommended, and the machine is very, very good. The suction level is high, and the powered brush assemblies are very effective. Just make sure to RTFM, and you will be a happy bunny with this machine
