Good Points

Gym staff always friendly, same can't be said for management.

Bad Points

Air-conditioning in aerobic studio is broken and has been for well over a year. It is a health and safety issue, yet Virgin ignore all customer complaints. I'm leaving and wish I knew which watchdog to complain to.

General Comments

Broken air-aircon in studio make this gym a health risk.

   You should complain to the council. As this is a major health and safety issue. I think only with this then Virgin Active will do something about this.
