Bad Points

Does not pick up dirt, tends to just make it into fluff balls. Blocks up easily. Needs emptying about twice per room as the container is so small- that is if you are luck enough for the fluff to get as far as the container. Over heats. Tools fall off.


General Comments

This claims to be excellent for pets and stairs. You can forget the pet hairs, it is easier to go over your carpet with a stiff brush. As for the stairs, after such a poor performance on the flat I don't want to risk the stairs.
This has to be the worst vacuums I have ever had. I bought it when my Dyson needed a service. It was so poor I just managed without it. It spent more time flat out on the floor being unblocked than it did upright.
When you ring hoover to list your complaints they tell you "it is a high maintenance model"...funny I don't remember seeing this on the information in the store.
