I booked my hotel/flight over the phone. When I received the email confirmation they had booked the wrong flight. I spent several hours trying to correct the error they made, either speaking to several different people, waiting on hold, or for a return phone call. Finally, everything got sorted out and I booked another flight/hotel. I checked my account after the original, wrong trip was "cancelled". I had to call back, to my surprise they had not cancelled the flight. The lady I talked to did cancel the flight. Now my complaint is that it takes 7-10 business days to refund cancellations, it could even take up to 30 days. I would be more understanding if the reason for me cancelling the reservation was me, but it's all their fault.
They did offer a $100 voucher for the next time I use their service.
