Handy for cheap end systems for the masses who don't know any better.
Bad Points
Staff could not care less if you buy or not. Do not have the basic knowledge of computers they do sell. Simply appalling experience every visit.
General Comments
I went in to my local PC world. Met at door by three staff. Wow, getting better I thought. Can we help? Yes, I want the best PC for gaming , a dvd surround sound system and a HD TV all to work together. Met with blank stares. You will find all that over there, one said. Give us a shout if you need any help. What did he think I had just asked him for. Pathetic!

I work for PC World and staff are told to keep in their area, for example cameras. I sell Apple Mac machines and if I am seen in networking for example I am taken by the manager back to my area. There has to be someone on the door for meet and greet to comply with mystery shop. We do our best to help you if you are in our area, but if not then it is up to the person who is meant to be there to deal with it - or we have to find the person if she or he isn't there.
