Good Points

Lovely looking camera. Easy to use. Took a few good pictures.


Bad Points

After less than 2 weeks of use the display screen became damaged. We didn't do anything to the camera that should cause it to be damaged but on returning it to Jessops and then onto Casio they would not accept that there was any problem with the camera and so we had to pay '£62 for them to fix it.


General Comments

Very disappointed that neither Jessops or Casio would enter into any discussion about the possibility that there might be a fault with the camera. We ended up being threatened that our only course of action would be to go to the small claims court and that they would bring out their technicians to prove that we must have damaged the camera! We won't be using Casio or Jessops again.
