IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!!
General Comments
For goodness sake, don't buy one of these! It is supposed to re-charge 'normal' Alkaline batteries, as well as standard rechargeable.
It may indeed be ok with rechargeables, but the time taken to do so (according to the table in the instructions ) is way longer than my standard charger.
I bought this unit as we have kids, and go through a lot of batteries. I tried to re-charge conventional Phillips C cell batteries and the unit sprang into life, did everything that the instructions said it would, and we were happy - I took the batteries out, put them into the object i had removed them from originally, turned it on - FLAT
Don't waste your money....... Buy a pack of a dozen 'proper' re-charges & charger from ebay for half the money of this unit.
