General Comments

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR ORANGE. I have had days of my life wasted by these idiots. Stupid intrusive logos and marketing twaddle and they cannot even get your phone to work. Icing on the cake they lost 43 messages which had been cumulating over a couple of weeks and for which I had repeatedly been trying to get access through their CSR centre with various 'I cannot help yous' 'I have to wait for our technical people for at least 6 days' etc etc. They should go bust and all be shot.

I agree. When i first got my pay as you go mobile i had to wait for 3 days before i could register it as they were to busy and didnt have enough staff. Also i ordered a mobile and cancelled it and ordered another one from carphonewarehouse it came next day, it took 4 weeks for the phone from orange to come and i canceled it after 2 weeks and the idoits didnt do it right so i was stuck with 2 mobiles. There customer services are crud. sent 6 mms messages taken credit and no one has recieved them. They need to do some serious training.

Yes i have trouble with orange too. The phone i purcashed off their website was faulty. The infa Red didnt work so the guy said register the sim even though i was using the old sim. I spent and afternoon ringing them up but most of the time i was on hold. Im scared of sending it off as they havnt told me what will happen then even though i have asked them many times.

Well my friend works for Orange and explains why your friend my not be recieving your MMS. Until recently Orange wasnt signed up with other networks to recieve MMs from there subscribers and to send to there subscribers.. its only the past few weeks, Vodafone, 02 and T-mobile signed with each other contract to let their users send and recieve mms from all networks.. explaining why your friend is not recieving them. If your friend is on the same network problems are that he may not have an MMS compatible phone, and older phones generally have problems even recieving texts telling them its waiting online for them (I.E phones over 2years old)
