I've had my Nokia 7210 mobile phone for nearly a year now so I think my review of the phone is fairly reliable. I've always had Nokia phones, a new one every year for the past six and this one has definitely made me think about trying a new brand next year.
I send between 10-20 texts a day but I still find the buttons awkward due to the central column of buttons (2, 5, 8, 0) being totally different to the other columns. The buttons are raised and very small. I wouldn't recommend it to a text addict like myself. I didn't realise this but because so many people complainted when the phone came out about the buttons they reinvented the phone with new buttons as a 6***. Cant remember which one exactly.
The phone goes through phases of switching itself off when it feels like it and ringing with no volume when it's NOT in silent mode. I also get "sim card not inserted" fairly often which means it acts like its switched off.
I've always kept my Nokias in my bag with other things eg wallet, keys etc and never before has my screen got very scratched. The screen on the 7210 must be alot thinner or made of a different material because the display is bearly visible due to so many scratches. If you do get one, be careful where you place.
If your thinking of getting one simply because its got colour I'd hold out for a better one as the features are not very new compared to other Nokias and a low-quality colour screen is all you'll gain.
