Polite staff and a nice appearance of the complex but thats it....
Bad Points
No way a 5 star hotel and watch out for the extremely expensive international telephone charges it works out about £6 per minute..and the food was disgusting!!!
General Comments
Just come back from and very disappointing holiday after reading all the reviews we were very excited about this resort but very disappointed when we arrived. Our fridge didn't work nor did our telephone so we had to have them fixed then the next morning I requested an iron at 7.15am and after 6 phone calls and 5 hours we finally got an ironing it was so frustrating as we were told don't bring one as they are provide but we had all that trouble trying to get it we missed breakfast.
But not a big deal because the food was not nice every lunch and dinner was more or less the same things and not at all good for children just had chips every single day to have with their meals. Their children's club was very basic. There were lots of swimming pools though but all very very cold even the heated one still freezing.
I would never recommend this hotel and if you are considering it please do not go with high expectations.
