Good speed and well priced
None so far
Had o2 broadband for 2 months after leaving the joke of a service virgin media (which by the way was fine when it was telewest)
So far so good a hefty discount because I have a 02 mobile a good steady speed of about 4.5 meg and they actually COMMUNICATE with their customers for example i received an email today stating some work was been done and i may experience some issues with my broadband and all will be back to normal tomorrow AMAZING a company that actually lets you know whats going on,maybe virgin could take a leaf out of their book instead of been obsessed in outsourcing all the tech support to abroad which YOU as a telewest customer have to pay 25 pence a minute for ,oh yeah 02 support is free to call and you can actually understand them because its uk based and not abroad.. well recommended keep up the good work 02.
